CloudApp

In case you haven’t heard about this little application for the mac, you should take a look at this.

A place where you drag and drop anything you want to save for later. Picture, videos, links, documents, folders (automatically zips it for you), and everything comes with a link for easy sharing.

Stupid-simple, free and useful.

Get CloudApp here

After a couple of weeks of using CloudApp, I find myself dragging links to pages of things I want to take a closer look at later for one reason or another (as well as other things that I want to share with collegues, friends etc), but I don’t think it’s quite set up to take the place of del.icio.us quite yet since it lacks the tagging and categorizing of items saved. (not an ideal bookmarks replacement in other words)
So what I think I will do is to post a list of links here on a regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly or so) and we’ll see how that goes.
It will give you a chance to see what caught my eye recently while trekking through feeds, lists and tips. (I’ll try to comment on some of the links as well)
