Google+
Looks like Google Circles if finally making an appearance..
It was rumored to launch during SXSW in Austin earlier this year, but it looks like Circles will be part of the new “plus” project.
(this looks promising!)
Other features besides circles are hangouts, instant upload, sparks, and huddle.
