Role: Concept Developer / Designer.
About: The owner of this Juice Bar / Restaurant contacted me and said he had an empty space and an idea. I was given free hands to construct the whole restaurant from a clear corporate identity (that I also created).
I designed everything from the logotype, interior design of the actual restaurant, uniform design etc.
The restaurant opened in June 2004 on 18th Street just off Broadway in New York City.
